At your first appointment, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front office staff. They will assist you in checking in at our computerized check-in. Once checked into the computer, it will prompt you to our tooth brushing station. Our toothbrush station offers pre-pasted disposable toothbrushes for your convenience. At that time, you’ll have an opportunity to visit with our patient coordinator and meet with Dr. Moss or Dr. Wall to discuss your treatment findings and recommendation. Based on the doctor’s recommendations, our patient coordinator will present a visual presentation, discuss financial and insurance options.
Our goal by the completion of the new patient exam is that our patient has a full understanding of the treatment findings, recommend treatment options and financial options.
