IMPORTANT: Dental Benefits Change for Washington School District Employees

Attention Moss Wall Families:

We’ve recently become aware of the projected changes for ALL school district’s dental health benefits starting January 1^st, 2020. The School Employees Benefit Board, (SEBB) will be offering three choices for dental insurance.  These choices will include:

1. Delta Dental of Washington (Uniform Dental Plan)
2. Delta Dental of Washington managed care-care dental plan (Delta Care)
3. Willamette Dental

In order to continue to use your dental insurance in our office please make sure you select the Uniform Dental Plan or the Delta Care managed care plan. Our office is preferred providers for both plans. If you choose Willamette Dental to use your benefits you must visit a Willamette Dental facility.
